Walking in the Redwoods

 

  These very tall, shady, pine needle, on-the-shore trees are one of many things Humboldt County is known for. Many of these Redwood Trees have been living around Humboldt County for hundreds and thousands of years leaving a nice, sappy smell. This smell also tends to mix with the wonderful, cold ocean breeze which leaves the freshest air imaginable. Because of this, many people love to walk around the redwood forests to get some time to themselves or to chat with others.

I have walked around the Redwoods many times before. I have done so with my family and  sometimes just by myself. For me, walking in the redwoods sort of just lets me think about anything and lets me feel free.

As you can see, Humboldt County is a wonderful place to hang out and to let your emotions run free.
